The ribs from the Mutton breast, surprisingly meaty and lasciviously fatty. Mutton breasts are best when roasted or grilled. Mutton breast meat is ideal for making soup, commonly used to make stock for Pilau rice.
Upon opening a faint smell is released from the pack. This is normal and will disappear when the meat is exposed to the air.
